First principle
Current instructions outrank an illustration
Cambridge Common Tempo offers general participation and hosting ideas. It cannot inspect a place, monitor a person, receive a report or know what is happening at a gathering.
Follow the actual organiser, posted signs, venue procedures and emergency services. If there is urgent danger, leave the app and contact New Zealand emergency services directly.
No health assessment
Comfort and pace prompts do not diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent illness, disability, loneliness, falls or mental-health conditions.
No emergency function
There is no alert, check-in, contact list, live location, incident form or emergency instruction in the APK.
No operational authority
The app does not appoint hosts, volunteers, caregivers, first aiders, food handlers or building wardens.
No activity safety check
Generated scenes do not prove that any material, tool, food, plant or exercise is suitable for a person or place.
No transport promise
Arrival illustrations are not maps, parking directions, accessible-route claims or transport arrangements.

Before a real gathering
Confirm the time, organiser, correct location, access information and any support arrangement through a current authorised source.

Read current signs and ask the responsible adult about routes, seating, food, equipment and emergency procedure.

Stop using an app prompt and respond to the real situation, the person's judgement and authorised advice.

Move to safety and call 111 in New Zealand. The app cannot make the call, send coordinates or notify the Association.
Privacy and dignity
Do not turn a prompt into a label
The app intentionally avoids names, free text, health details and profiles. A companion or organiser should not infer a diagnosis or permanent preference from a temporary fixed choice.
Screenshots are controlled by the device owner. Avoid capturing or sharing a screen in a way that identifies another person or reveals information discussed outside the app.
